We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if not, under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt of the items. Also if you wish to cancel your order you can do so within 14 days of our e mail order confirmation or 14 days of receipt of the goods (which ever is the later) to have your money refunded. We regret we cannot exchange or refund items or accept cancellation of orders for items that are customised for you (see excluded items below).
The request for a refund should be sent to our e mail address email@example.com or to our postal address (see below). It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'll refund our delivery charges if you return an entire order.
Please allow 2 weeks from the collection or posting date for us to credit your account or send a cheque. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

We are also unable to accept cancellations for these orders.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns via Royal Mail or Courier.
Please contact us first to obtain an authorisation to return your goods. This should be done within 14 days of the goods arriving. We suggest that you ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for any goods you return.
